Returns & Exchanges:

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Process: To initiate an exchange, please visit our store with your order confirmation and the item you'd like to exchange. Our team will assist you in finding the perfect replacement.

No Refunds:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available for eligible items.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
